- Optimize existing functionality to improve system performance and scalability.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of practical experience with PHP (version 7.0 and higher).
- At least 1 year of experience with Laravel.
- Experience with MySQL 5.7–8, including working with transactions and high-load environments.
- Knowledge of and experience with version control systems such as Git / GitHub, and understanding of GitHub Flow.
- Experience with Redis.
- Experience with APIs (ability to integrate any API of any complexity and to create APIs from scratch).
Will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of frontend development with Vue 3 (Composition API) and Nuxt 3 (frontend is based on Nuxt).
- Experience with Docker, Nginx, and basic DevOps skills (Debian-based systems).
- Knowledge of and experience with Node.js and Socket.io, as well as Redis as both a cache and data store, including using it as Pub/Sub between PHP and Node.js/Swoole.

- Maintain internal communication within the marketing team and ensure cross-team collaboration
- Define optimal product promotion strategies, maximize conversion and user retention rates
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of marketing team members, and oversee their performance
- Work with VIP / Whale user segments
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Head of Marketing
- 1+ year of experience working with Western markets
- Deep understanding of product marketing principles
- Theoretical or hands-on knowledge of core marketing channels: Paid Social, PPC, SEO, SMM, Retention

- English proficiency at B1–B2+ level (spoken and written)
- Focus on achieving measurable results and making data-driven decisions
