Junior Backend Developer (PHP / Laravel)

  • Optimize existing functionality to improve system performance and scalability.
  • Refactor code, update libraries, improve database indexes, optimize queries, and, when necessary, rewrite the framework core.
  • Ensure high code quality in accordance with clean architecture principles and industry standards.
  • Share technical expertise with the team, participate in discussions on technical solutions and architectural approaches.
  • Analyze tasks and propose optimal solutions for effective implementation within business processes.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience with PHP (version 7.0 and higher).
  • At least 1 year of experience with Laravel.
  • Experience with MySQL 5.7–8, including working with transactions and high-load environments.
  • Knowledge of and experience with version control systems such as Git / GitHub, and understanding of GitHub Flow.
  • Experience with Redis.
  • Experience with APIs (ability to integrate any API of any complexity and to create APIs from scratch).
  • Knowledge of frontend development with Vue 3 (Composition API) and Nuxt 3 (frontend is based on Nuxt).
  • Experience with Docker, Nginx, and basic DevOps skills (Debian-based systems).
  • Knowledge of and experience with Node.js and Socket.io, as well as Redis as both a cache and data store, including using it as Pub/Sub between PHP and Node.js/Swoole.

Customer Support

  • Handle written communication with clients and respond promptly to their requests.
  • Collaborate with the product team to effectively resolve user inquiries
  • Work with the website admin panel functionality, update and verify data
  • Process user payments, track and monitor their status
  • Manage large volumes of information, including regular monitoring of messages in internal work chats and channels
  • 1+ year of work experience
  • Understanding of how the Steam platform operates and knowledge of CS2 trading mechanics
  • Strong customer focus and willingness to help users
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Head of Marketing

  • Develop, adjust, and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Define OKRs / KPIs for the team and monitor their execution
  • Participate in planning, allocation, and scaling of marketing budgets
  • Implement new practices and traffic channels in product marketing
  • Manage all traffic channels. Each direction has dedicated specialists — your role is to communicate with them, set the strategic direction, and solve global operational challenges. Optimize and track performance across channels: Target, SMM, CPC, Retention, SEO, Brand/PR
  • Scale effective performance funnels and launch new hypotheses
  • Maintain internal communication within the marketing team and ensure cross-team collaboration
  • Define optimal product promotion strategies, maximize conversion and user retention rates
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of marketing team members, and oversee their performance
  • Work with VIP / Whale user segments
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • 2+ years of experience as a Head of Marketing
  • 1+ year of experience working with Western markets
  • Deep understanding of product marketing principles
  • Theoretical or hands-on knowledge of core marketing channels: Paid Social, PPC, SEO, SMM, Retention
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • English proficiency at B1–B2+ level (spoken and written)
  • Focus on achieving measurable results and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a constructive decision-making approach
  • Experience in product marketing
  • Relevant education and additional certifications
  • Experience in the GameDev industry
