Requirements:
- Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or Recruiter
- Understanding of core HR processes
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from the initial briefing to the job offer
- Onboarding new employees
- Supporting and developing HR processes
- Improving team engagement and internal communication
- Participating in performance reviews and employee development
- Collaborating with managers to understand and address team needs
