AI video manager

Requirements:

• Confident use of AI tools for video, avatar, and voice generation: fal.ai, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar;
• Experience with lip-syncing, dubbing, and voice synthesis;
• Experience editing short vertical videos for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok;
• Experience recording and editing screen footage and gameplay using OBS or similar tools, with the ability to capture exactly the right moment;
• Understanding of hooks and CTAs: what should happen within the first three seconds and how a video should end;
• Experience testing formats using the hypothesis → launch → metrics → conclusion approach, working together with an analyst;
• Ability to describe the video creation workflow step by step so that an engineer can automate it;
• Social media management experience will be an advantage;
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Record and edit footage from our platform, gradually building a library of reusable assets;
• Create video scripts and content plans;
• Generate AI video content, including cohesive scenes and shots to be used in videos;
• Design the final output: define what the finished video should look like, select the right materials, and determine its length and pace;
• Select hooks and CTAs and maintain a library of hook templates with performance statistics, identifying which ones work and which should be retired;
• Rotate video formats together with an analyst: when a format loses effectiveness, replace it;
• Create AI avatars and characters; handle lip-syncing, dubbing, voiceovers, and subtitles;
• Prepare video assembly instructions for an engineer, as well as review and approve completed automated content;
• Handle localization: English for now, with other languages to be added later.
