We’re launching our own production pipeline for short-form Counter-Strike 2 videos. Our audience is players from around the world.
Your role is to create imaginative, impactful videos. You’ll work alongside an AI Automation Engineer. You’ll own the script, hooks, and CTAs, capture source footage on our platform, generate AI clips or entire videos, and hand over the assembly workflow to the engineer. You’ll lead format rotation and testing, deciding what works and what doesn’t. The engineer will build the production pipeline and automate repetitive steps — you’ll work as a pair.
If you’re excited about creating content watched by millions and working with AI tools and video every day, welcome to our team!
Responsibilities:
Record and clip footage from our platform, gradually building a library of reusable assets
Create video scripts and a content plan
Generate AI video content, including complete shots and scenes for use in videos
Plan the final video: define the intended result, select the necessary footage, and determine the length and pacing
Select hooks and CTAs and maintain a library of hook templates with performance data, identifying which to keep and which to retire
Rotate video formats alongside an analyst, replacing formats when their performance declines
Create AI avatars and characters and work with lip-syncing, dubbing, voiceovers, and subtitles
Prepare video assembly instructions for the engineer, review the automated output, and approve the final materials
Localise content: English now, with other languages to follow
Requirements:
Proficiency with AI tools for video, avatar, and voice generation: fal.ai, Runway, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar tools
Experience with lip-syncing, dubbing, and voice synthesis
Experience editing short vertical videos for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
Experience recording and clipping screen footage and gameplay using OBS or similar tools, with the ability to capture exactly the moment needed
Understanding of hooks and CTAs: what belongs in the first three seconds and how a video should end
Experience testing formats: hypothesis → launch → metrics → conclusions, working alongside an analyst
Ability to describe the video creation workflow step by step so an engineer can automate it
Experience managing social media accounts would be a plus
