Motion Designer

Responsibilities:
  • Development of scenario plans, scenarios, concepts (storyboards) and graphics.
  • Creation of 2D graphics (animated banners and static images).
  • Creation of video creatives both from scratch and according to references or a technical task.
  • Optimization and adaptation of graphic designs for various social platforms, taking into account their technical requirements and features.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work with animation and graphics.
  • Adobe After Effects (AE). Confident command of the program.
  • Experience with the Element 3D plugin: settings, animations, working with textures and materials.
  • 3D graphics (basic level). Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D (for preparing 3D models). Knowledge of the process of converting 3D models: import, optimization for use in AE (via Element 3D).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop and the basics of working in Figma to prepare graphics for animation. Editing files, adapting them to work in AE.
  • Knowledge of formats (OBJ, FBX, etc.) and their optimization for further use in Element 3D.
  • Ability to work with 2D animation, adding 3D elements to enhance the visual effect.
  • Sense of rhythm, composition and movement.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Openness to learning and making adjustments.
