Customer Support

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via email
  • Interact with the product team
  • Work with the functionality of the admin panel on the website
  • Processing and searching for user payments, monitoring payment status
  • Working with tables: maintaining a table with user payment information
  • Monitoring and analyzing Fraud Activity
  • Resolving user issues directly related to searching and working in the database
  • Working with large volumes of information (regular and detailed review of information posted in work chats and channels)

Requirements:
  • The desire to help customers, solve their problems
  • English - Upper intermediate level and above
  • Desire to learn and develop
  • Rapid assimilation of new information in large quantities
