- Assist with setting up and launching advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), X Ads (Twitter), Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads — experience is only required in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Generate creative ideas and hypotheses for ad creatives, write briefs for designers and motion designers
- Audit ad accounts: review settings, basic mistakes, tags, etc.
- Maintain campaign reporting (spend, CTR, CPM, conversions, etc.), support the preparation of weekly reports for the team
- Analyze audiences: create basic targeting segments, work with interests, lookalikes, and remarketing
- Test creatives, texts, and hypotheses under the supervision of a senior specialist
- Maintain order in campaign structures
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads for at least 6 months
- Basic understanding of web analytics: UTM tags, traffic sources, simple campaign/channel analytics
- Willingness to quickly learn new advertising platforms and formats
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Result-oriented and capable of completing tasks efficiently
Would be a plus (NOT mandatory):
- Experience with paid traffic on Tier 1–2 markets (USA, Canada, EU, UK, etc.)
- Experience with Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, X Ads (Twitter Ads)
- Interest in computer games, especially Counter-Strike 2, and an understanding of creative approaches for game-related products
