- Search and recruitment of candidates
- Conducting interviews and interacting with candidates
- Maintaining a database of candidates and tracking their statuses
- Participation in adaptation and support of corporate culture
- Assistance in the organization of HR events
- Performance of management tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in HRG/HR/recruiting in IT
- Confident knowledge of HR processes: from onboarding to offboarding
- Knowledge of the sourcing and hiring process, including the use of recruiting platforms and tools
- Understanding of key metrics in recruiting and HR
- Business-oriented approach to tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to find an approach to people (psychological education will be a plus)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to business needs
- Ability to work with a large amount of information
