Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out the full recruitment cycle: creating vacancies, searching and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating technical interviews
  • Development and implementation of candidate sourcing strategies through various platforms
  • Maintaining a positive candidate experience at all stages of recruitment
  • Working with CRM: updating and maintaining the relevance of information

Requirements:
  • Work experience as an IT recruiter from 2 years
  • Understanding of software development processes
  • Skills in sourcing and working with candidate search tools
  • High level of communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
  • Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
  • Skills in working with CRM systems to manage the hiring process
  • Flexibility, attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment
