Requirements:
- Work experience as an IT recruiter from 2 years
- Understanding of software development processes
- Skills in sourcing and working with candidate search tools
- High level of communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
- Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above.
- Skills in working with CRM systems to manage the hiring process
- Flexibility, attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment
