- Plan and structure the international context of the company’s projects in various regions (Europe; Asia - a plus)
- Provide legal support for the company’s products in terms of compliance with legal requirements and conditions set by third parties (including regulatory bodies)
- Participate with other team members in tax planning and group optimization
- Undergo bank compliance procedures and regulatory inspections
- Undergo onboarding and checks with payment companies
- Develop and analyze contracts and policies for the company’s operational activities
- Ensure legal protection of the business
- Monitor legal risks and develop instructions for the business to mitigate them
- Work with foreign regulatory frameworks, review, analyze, and prepare conclusions for business decision-making
Requirements:
- Higher legal education
- At least 5 years of legal practice experience, 2+ years in the IT sector (E-com, FinTech, Gambling, iGaming - a plus)
- Experience working with foreign jurisdictions (EU, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, etc.)
- Knowledge and practical experience in international law, including the ability to analyze the legislation of other jurisdictions
- Flexibility and readiness for multitasking
- High organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking with strong conceptual and research skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in stressful situations and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced level of English
