Customer Support

Responsibilities:
  • Manage written communication with clients and promptly respond to their requests
  • Collaborate with the product team to effectively address user inquiries
  • Work with the website's admin panel functionality, update and verify data
  • Process user payments, monitor and track their status
  • Handle large volumes of information, including regular review of messages in internal work chats and channels.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • High level of customer orientation and willingness to help users
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Readiness to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of new information.
