Responsibilities:
Manage written communication with clients and promptly respond to their requests
Collaborate with the product team to effectively address user inquiries
Work with the website's admin panel functionality, update and verify data
Process user payments, monitor and track their status
Handle large volumes of information, including regular review of messages in internal work chats and channels.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience
High level of customer orientation and willingness to help users
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Readiness to learn and grow professionally
Ability to quickly absorb large amounts of new information.
