Conducting 1-on-1 meetings with employees, supporting their motivation and development
Focus the management's attention on potential problems in the team, timely identify risks that may lead to the dismissal of employees or the emergence of conflicts, as well as take measures to prevent them and improve the working atmosphere
Organization and conduct of on-boarding/off-boarding
Search and recruitment of candidates
Conducting interviews and interacting with candidates
Maintaining a database of candidates and tracking their statuses
Participation in adaptation and support of corporate culture
Assistance in the organization of HR events
Performance of management tasks
Requirements:
Experience in HRG/HR/recruiting in IT
Confident knowledge of HR processes: from onboarding to offboarding
Knowledge of the sourcing and hiring process, including the use of recruiting platforms and tools
Understanding of key metrics in recruiting and HR
Business-oriented approach to tasks
Excellent communication skills and the ability to find an approach to people (psychological education will be a plus)
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to business needs
Ability to work with a large amount of information
