HR brand manager
Responsibilities:
Create and implement the HR brand strategy: from positioning to tone of voice
Develop a content plan for Instagram and LinkedIn
Cross-post from Instagram to Facebook
Approve social media ad budgets, launch campaigns, track performance, and adjust the content plan based on results
Manage the company's employer branding platforms and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, DOU, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Generate and implement engaging content: interviews, stories, videos, career columns
Collaborate with the COO, HR, recruitment, designers, and marketers (likely on a situational basis)
Monitor reviews on DOU and respond to feedback
Administer and keep the career website up to date
Analyze competitors as employers
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in HR marketing / brand communications / content
Understanding how HR branding works and how it differs from traditional marketing
Strong writing skills, ability to capture the right tone of voice, and work with visual content
Creativity, initiative, and strong communication skills
Experience in the GameDev industry is a plus
