CFO (with IT experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards
  • Perform tax planning and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws
  • Organize audits and interact with external auditors
  • Monitor cash flows, liquidity, and capital requirements
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
  • Manage the financial team, including controllers, accountants, analysts, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations, credit, and operational risks

Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting
  • Financial analysis
  • Knowledge of taxation and regulatory frameworks
  • Understanding of economics and business principles
  • Risk management
