Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop, support, and manage the product
Improve the existing product to enhance quality and stability (based on feedback from users, colleagues, and data)
Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution
Detail and cascade the product strategy into clear requirements
Analyze gaps and identify potential risks
Communicate with the development team, assign tasks, and monitor execution
Prepare reports and the product roadmap for leadership
Seek alternative solutions to problems

Requirements:

Experience in GameDev
Understanding of the CS skins market
Experience with crypto projects is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Initiative and analytical thinking
Ability to prioritize tasks for the team
Relevant experience as a Project Manager in an IT company
Understanding of the IT product lifecycle
Proven experience managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle, with knowledge of software development practices and technologies
