Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage project tasks by gathering requirements, breaking down work, documenting, assigning, and prioritizing tasks
- Monitor task execution and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate the team’s work and manage workload distribution.Identify and remove blockers while maintaining effective team communication
- Collaborate with founders and team leads, promptly process requests, and drive tasks to completion
- Develop a deep understanding of the product, its functionality, and business logic
- Create and maintain documentation, including guides, process descriptions, and technical and product documentation
- Leverage AI tools to optimize project management, workflows, and communication
Requirements:
- Experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Delivery Manager
- Understanding of software development processes and the task lifecycle
- Ability to structure information and clearly define requirements
- Experience with task management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
- High level of responsibility, organization, and proactivity
- Willingness to grow in product management and improve processes
- Experience using AI tools to enhance daily work will be considered a plus
