Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage the product.
- Improve the existing product to enhance quality and stability (based on collected feedback from users, colleagues, and data).
- Manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Break down and cascade the product strategy into detailed requirements.
- Analyze gaps and identify potential risks.
- Communicate with the development team, set tasks, and monitor execution.
- Prepare product reports and roadmaps for management.
- Search for alternative solutions to problems.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing projects related to the implementation and integration of CRM solutions and payment systems (from planning to successful launch).
- Understanding of the CS skins market.
- Experience with crypto projects will be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactivity and analytical thinking.
- Ability to prioritize tasks for the team.
- Relevant experience as a Project Manager in an IT company.
- Understanding of the IT product lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle, with knowledge of software development practices and technologies.
