Middle UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:
- Design interfaces for a web platform: personal account, gaming pages, marketplace, cases, drop systems, and other product flows
- Build UX scenarios from the user’s first interaction to the target outcome
- Analyze the current UX, identify friction points, and propose solutions that improve conversion, engagement, and usability
- Design component behavior, navigation, and screen transition logic
- Work iteratively: gather feedback, quickly adapt layouts, and justify design changes
- Prepare layouts for handoff to development and collaborate closely with the development team
- Use AI tools to speed up workflows: idea generation, reference research, UX hypotheses, copywriting, and documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Experience working with web products: gaming, e-commerce, marketplace, or other complex interfaces
- Strong proficiency in Figma: components, Auto Layout, styles/tokens, and responsive layout principles
- Understanding of UX principles: hierarchy, navigation, user behavior, and interaction logic
- Experience working with design systems and maintaining interface consistency
- Well-structured files, attention to detail, and ability to prepare layouts for development
- Ability to justify design decisions and clearly explain design logic to the team
- Practical experience using AI tools and critically evaluating their results
- Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, a systematic approach, and high-quality UI
