Middle SMM

We are looking for a Middle SMM Specialist to skillfully manage social media channels, create engaging content, and increase audience engagement.   • Update and build an effective media plan in line with the project’s strategic goals.
  • Drive traffic growth, increase engagement, and boost brand awareness across social media platforms (X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, Telegram, YouTube Shorts).
  • Develop and execute SMM strategies tailored to the specifics of each communication channel.
  • Optimize community engagement levels.
  • Create and manage social media content, maintaining a consistent tone of voice targeted at a Western audience.
  • Organize joint contests and giveaways with other communities to attract similar audiences.
  • Coordinate with designers (promo and motion designers) on visual content creation, including posts, stories, and videos.
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple social media channels.
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (using Google Translate or AI to handle communication is not an option).
  • Ability to work independently (capable of working without supervision and making decisions).
  • Proven SMM experience with real cases of strategy implementation and successful community growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of Discord (mandatory), Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other social platforms, along with best practices for each.
  • Solid understanding of key social media performance metrics.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create engaging, creative content.
  • Mandatory: You actively play CS2.
  • Design post and story images in Photoshop or work with stock content — we have dedicated promo designers who will fulfill any request based on your brief, as well as motion designers for video content.
  • Set up paid advertising — we have a separate targeting team; your focus will be solely on “organic” SMM traffic.
