Marketing Manager

  • Participate in developing product-level content plans and marketing activity calendars
  • Collaborate with creative teams on marketing and communication campaigns
  • Contribute to optimizing and improving the efficiency of marketing communications
  • Analyze marketing activities and prepare final reports
  • Support the implementation of new practices in product marketing
  • Work with the content manager: generate ideas, oversee task execution, and track progress
  • Collaborate with external contractors: communication, progress monitoring, and delegating tasks to responsible stakeholders both inside and outside the team
  • Take part in regular team meetings to optimize and improve results
  • Maintain internal communication within the marketing team and cross-team collaboration (development, content, design, etc.)
  • Contribute to the creation, transfer, review, and maintenance of marketing documentation (processes, guidelines, pixel integration, Confluence documentation)
  • Proactivity and ability to organize work independently
  • 1.5+ years of experience as a Marketer / Marketing Manager / Marketing PM
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in one of the following fields: Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Performance Marketing
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles
  • Theoretical or practical knowledge of classical marketing channels: paid social, PPC, SEO, SMM, email marketing
  • Experience with GA4
  • Focus on achieving measurable results and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking, constructive decision-making approach
  • Understanding of cross-team collaboration principles (design, development, content, legal, etc.)
  • Strong management skills (process and resource management, task setting and control)
  • English: written B2+ (spoken is not critical)
  • Relevant education and additional certificates
  • Experience in product marketing
  • Experience in game development or related industries
  • Experience with gaming projects in the Counter-Strike niche
  • Understanding the specifics of working with a large and stable product that is a market leader
  • Experience working in Western markets
