Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s operational activities
- Optimize and develop internal processes
- Coordinate and improve the performance of key departments (engineering, product, marketing, support, finance)
- Work closely with the CEO to execute company strategy
- Build an effective operational management system
- Ensure achievement of business goals
- Optimize resources and improve team efficiency
- Manage operational risks and implement systemic process improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a COO in IT
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Experience building and optimizing business processes
- Experience scaling businesses or products
- Understanding of software development processes and product teams
- Experience automating processes using AI tools
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Analytical mindset and results-driven approach
- Strategic and operational planning skills
Responsibilities:
- Act as the official Managing Director of the Polish company
- Sign corporate documents and contracts when required
- Maintain and oversee corporate documentation
- Coordinate with external accountants and legal advisors
- Support employee onboarding and administrative processes
- Assist with employee legalization processes together with external consultants
- Communicate with banks, accountants, and government institutions when necessary
- Ensure the company complies with basic Polish corporate and administrative requirements
- Remain available for urgent approvals or document signing
Requirements:
- Based in Poland (preferably Warsaw, Kraków or nearby regions)
- Fluent Polish and English
- Polish passport or valid residence permit in Poland
- Russian language is a strong advantage
- Experience with corporate administration, company management, compliance, or legal coordination
- Ability to communicate with accountants, legal firms, and government authorities
- Reliable, responsible, and responsive
- Comfortable working with international teams
