Product Design Lead
We are looking for a Product Design Lead who will be responsible for driving the product design function, shaping an outstanding user experience, and leading a team of designers.
You will define the product design strategy, oversee UX/UI design processes, develop and maintain the design system, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and ensure the highest quality of design execution across the product.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX direction, ensure design consistency across all products, conduct design reviews, and provide constructive feedback to the team
- Design complex product solutions from concept to developer handoff, improve existing user flows, screens, and mechanics, and prepare responsive layouts and design documentation
- Analyze user behavior and product data, develop and validate UX/UI hypotheses, and initiate and implement user experience improvements
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, development, marketing, and promo teams, mentor designers, and contribute to the professional growth of the design team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio featuring complex web products that demonstrates exceptional UI design skills and a strong visual sense, particularly for dark-themed gaming interfaces
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, Variants, Variables, Design Systems, and modern design organization practices
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flow design, information architecture, and product thinking
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems
- Experience mentoring designers, conducting design reviews, and supporting team development
- Ability to create production-ready design files with all required states, responsive layouts, and detailed specifications for seamless developer handoff
- Understanding of collaboration processes with Development and Product Management teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions
- Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products
