Recruiter
We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us find top talent and support candidates throughout the entire hiring process. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding
- Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct search, etc.)
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Guide candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update the candidate database
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recruitment experience
- Experience hiring candidates across different seniority levels
- Proficiency in modern candidate sourcing tools and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience recruiting for IT and/or retail roles is a plus
- Previous HR experience is a plus
- Living in Poland is a plus
