Chief Operational Officer
We are looking for a COO who will be responsible for operations, process development, and business scaling.
You will work closely with the CEO, manage key departments, improve team efficiency, and implement systemic improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s operational activities
- Optimize and develop internal processes
- Coordinate and improve the performance of key departments (engineering, product, marketing, support, finance)
- Work closely with the CEO to execute company strategy
- Build an effective operational management system
- Ensure achievement of business goals
- Optimize resources and improve team efficiency
- Manage operational risks and implement systemic process improvements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a COO in IT
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Experience building and optimizing business processes
- Experience scaling businesses or products
- Understanding of software development processes and product teams
- Experience automating processes using AI tools
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Analytical mindset and results-driven approach
- Strategic and operational planning skills
