Chief Technical Officer
We are looking for a CTO who will be responsible for the company’s technical strategy, product architecture, and engineering team development.
You will make key technical decisions, design scalable architecture, optimize platform performance, and implement best engineering practices.

Responsibilities:
- Define and develop the technical strategy of the company
- Design and evolve the product architecture
- Lead the engineering team and grow technical expertise
- Build scalable architecture (microservices / distributed systems)
- Optimize performance and system stability
- Implement engineering best practices (code review, CI/CD, testing, monitoring)
- Ensure code quality and architectural standards
- Plan the technical roadmap and system evolution
- Collaborate with product and business teams to achieve strategic goals
- Participate in hiring and developing the engineering team
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience in PHP development
- 1+ year experience as Tech Lead / Head of Engineering / CTO
- Deep knowledge of PHP 8+
- Expert knowledge of Laravel and understanding of framework internals
(DI, service provider lifecycle, HTTP & Console kernel) - Experience designing high-load systems
- Experience building and scaling REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of MySQL 8, query optimization and transactions
- Experience with Git / GitHub
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems (Ubuntu)
- Understanding of server infrastructure
- Experience integrating third-party services and payment systems
- Experience managing an engineering team
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing microservice architecture
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with RabbitMQ or other message queues
- Experience with AWS / DigitalOcean / cloud infrastructure
- Experience with Node.js / WebSockets / Socket.io
- Infrastructure setup experience (Docker, Ansible)
- Understanding of web application security
- Experience with analytics and monitoring tools
- Experience integrating AI tools
