Customer Support
We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to assist clients, resolve issues, and deliver an excellent customer experience. If you are communicative, patient, and solution-oriented — we’d love to have you on board.
Responsibilities:
- Handle written communication with clients and respond promptly to their requests.
- Collaborate with the product team to effectively resolve user inquiries
- Work with the website admin panel functionality, update and verify data
- Process user payments, track and monitor their status
- Manage large volumes of information, including regular monitoring of messages in internal work chats and channels
Requirements:
- 1+ year of work experience
- Strong customer focus and willingness to help users
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to quickly absorb and process large amounts of new information
