PSP Manager

Responsibilities:

Search and onboarding of payment partners:
  • Market research of payment providers and search for the most suitable partners
  • Conducting negotiations and agreeing the terms of cooperation
  • Organization and implementation of the onboarding process of new payment partners

Management of payment partners:
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term and mutually beneficial relations with payment partners
  • Ensuring a high level of service and fulfillment of obligations by partners
  • Discussion and resolution of emerging issues and problems

Study, analysis and conversion management:
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of current payment solutions and processes
  • Conducting research to improve payment conversion
  • Optimization of payment processes to increase customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates

Work as the main contact person in communication with payment partners:
  • Interaction with payment partners on issues of integration and optimization of payment solutions
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of any emerging problems and issues
  • Regular communication with partners and onboarding of company products and initiatives
  • Knowledge and understanding of AML and KYC processes

Keeping documentation and statistics:
  • Maintaining complete and accurate documentation on work with payment partners
  • Preparation of reports and statistics on key performance indicators
  • Analyzing and providing recommendations based on collected data

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on statistics and research
  • Deep understanding of the principles of operation of various payment systems and integration methods
  • High level of oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
