Community Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Communication with the audience on various platforms (forums, social networks, listings and other channels)
  • Moderation of discussions, management of comments and reviews
  • Working with negative reviews, minimizing negativity and establishing trusting relationships with users
  • Generating and encouraging positive feedback from users
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, providing information and solving questions about products and services
  • Active search for solutions to improve interaction with the audience and achieve company goals

Requirements:
  • Work experience in the field of communications, customer support or activities that contribute to the formation of communities from 1 year
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with criticism and negativity
  • Initiative and independence in decision-making, orientation to results
  • Ability to multitask and find solutions quickly
  • Knowledge of the specifics of working with various social and online platforms
