{"id":701,"date":"2026-03-16T21:56:36","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T19:56:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/frozeneon.com\/?post_type=vacancy&#038;p=701"},"modified":"2026-03-17T09:50:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T07:50:43","slug":"chief-technical-officer","status":"publish","type":"vacancy","link":"https:\/\/frozeneon.com\/en\/vacancy\/chief-technical-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"Chief Technical Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-68a674f1c1ef04968969f16f72c22996\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define and develop the&nbsp;<strong>technical strategy of the company<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and evolve the&nbsp;<strong>product architecture<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the engineering team and grow technical expertise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build&nbsp;<strong>scalable architecture<\/strong>&nbsp;(microservices \/ distributed systems)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize&nbsp;<strong>performance and system stability<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement engineering best practices (code review, CI\/CD, testing, monitoring)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure&nbsp;<strong>code quality and architectural standards<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan the technical roadmap and system evolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with product and business teams to achieve strategic goals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in&nbsp;<strong>hiring and developing the engineering team<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-be67f0fa2296509ae9e2cf05803ff84a\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of commercial experience in&nbsp;<strong>PHP development<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1+ year experience as&nbsp;<strong>Tech Lead \/ Head of Engineering \/ CTO<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep knowledge of\u00a0<strong>PHP 8+<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>Laravel<\/strong>&nbsp;and understanding of framework internals<br>(DI, service provider lifecycle, HTTP &amp;
